JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal has been filed as against the order dated 06.07.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Erode District, in S.T.C.No.608 of 2017, thereby acquitted the respondent for

the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, since the matter has been settled out of Court. He has filed a memo dated 24.07.2025 and also made an endorsement in the Court bundles, today, to that effect.
