ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned refusal Check Slip issued by the 1 st respondent dated 15.04.2025 and for a consequential direction to the 1 st respondent to register the Release Deed dated 15.04.2025 without insisting for No Objection Certificate from the 4 th respondent.

2.Heard Mr.L.G.Sahadevan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing

3/5 on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.Avinash Wadhwani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the materials placed before this Court and also the objections given by the 4 th respondent, there shall be a direction to the st respondent to act in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Division Bench of this Court in Sudha Ravi Kumar and another vs. The Special Commissioner and Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Chennai - 34 and others reported in 2017 3 CTC 135 (Para 25). A decision shall be taken, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
