4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 28 days in filing the above second appeal in S.A.SR.No.65558 of 2022 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.T.Sezhian as learned counsel for the respondent at the time of admission.
