O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 12.03.2025 wherein, the petitioner sought for survey of the subject property and demarcation of the boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon registered sale deed dated 28.08.2024 registered as Document No.2484 of 2025. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner in patta No.2925. The petitioner submitted the online application on 12.03.2025 seeking for survey of the subject property. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 12.03.2025 and conduct survey based on the title document and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
