This application is filed to condone the delay of 389 days in filing the written statement in C.S.No.54 of 2018. 2.Heard both sides and perused the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the application.

3.The other side has no objection in allowing this application. 4.Though the delay is enormous, having regard to the nature of the reasons stated in the affidavit and in order to give fair opportunity to the defendants to defend their case, delay is condoned and this application is ordered accordingly.
