The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 81 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment and sentence passed by the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District, in Spl.S.C.No.34/2021 dated 11.12.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
