This Court, upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, vide order dated 25.04.2017 directed the respondents to furnish security to the extent of the claim made in the application on or before 05.06.2017, failing which, attachment order would be passed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that no security has been furnished as directed by this Court. Notice issued to the 2nd respondent on 26.4.2017 has been returned with the endorsement refused. He would further submit that award of arbitration between the applicant and the respondents, has been passed as early as on 4.7.2016 and the same has attained finality.

3.The respondents are unrepresented though their names have been printed in the cause list. Therefore, there shall be an order of attachment as prayed for to be transmitted through the District Court, Ahamedabad, Gujarat.
