2. Petitions for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.4604 & 4911 of 2015 dated 25.02.2015.

Bhandaris are Chartered Accountants.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that till date petitioners are regularly complied with the condition and they have attend to their normal and routine official work. Their continued compliance leads to dislocation of their official work.

4. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that till date petitioners are regularly appeared.

5. I am satisfied with the reasons stated.

6. Considering the above aspects, ordered as under:- (i) Petitions are allowed;

(ii) Condition relaxed in toto.
