Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer/Senior Citizens Tribunal under the Senior Citizens Act has been communicated to the appellant and thus, the grievances are redressed. However, it is contended that the Writ Court has gone into the merits and made certain observations with reference to the rights of the parties.

2. It is made clear that the appellant, in the event of approaching the competent authority or the Court of law under the Senior Citizens Act for redressal of grievances or in any civil suit, the observation made by the Writ Court in the order impugned cannot be taken into consideration for deciding the merits. In other words, any such authority or Courts shall decide the merits uninfluenced by the observations made by the Writ Court in W.P.No.1673 of 2021 dated 03.04.2024, including the suit referred in the Writ Order.

3. With these observations, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, stand closed.
