O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to transfer the investigation from the 3rd respondent police i.e., from the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Bhavani, Erode District to any other Agency to complete the investigation by filing final report within a stipulated in connection with Crime No.18/2020 dated 21.07.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint was lodged by the petitioner on 09.07.2020 and the case was registered on 21.07.2020. He further submitted that, now the case has been transferred to All Women Police Station, Tudiyalur, Coimbatore

District. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the concerned trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
