The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.321 of 2019 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 379, 403 and 406 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, but, however, on the side of the respondent, it is stated that as against the petitioner, charge sheet has been filed showing him as an absconding accused before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kallakurichi.

3. In view of that particular fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
