ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Siva Kanchi Police Station on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.No.18533 of 2024 in Crl.OP.no.23442 of 2024 order dated 02.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
