It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the final report has been laid in this matter following the investigation conducted on 20.06.2020 and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.516 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Salem.

2. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives in this criminal original petition. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
