By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though he is the owner of the landed property ad-measuring to an extent of 1200 sq.fts. in S.No.442/2 in patta No.4534 in Perumbakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, by virtue of a registered sale deed bearing document No.8991 of 2013 dated 27.08.2013, registered on the file of Sub Registrar, Sellaiyur, he requested for transfer of patta in his favour in the form of representations dated 02.02.2016, 04.02.2016, 08.02.2016 and 19.04.2016, but, the same have not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
been considered and disposed of by the second respondent and therefore, the petitioner is constrained to file this writ petition.

This Court heard the submissions of Mr.T.Sundaravadanam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Though the petitioner prays for the larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
