ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that, the first respondent through proceedings dated 25.09.2021 has passed an order by revoking the temporary suspension of the D.T.C.P. approval and in view of this development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the impleaded respondent submitted that the proceedings of the first respondent was made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without considering the objections / representation made by the impleaded respondent and without considering the pending proceedings.

3. In the considered view of this Court, this Court is not going into the validity or otherwise of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 25.09.2021 and this Court is merely recording the proceedings and closing the writ petition. If the impleaded respondent is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. This writ petition is closed accordingly. No costs.
