The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a mandamus directing the second respondent to release the results of the examination DRB-Criminology, DRC-Penology written by the petitioner, conducted in the year 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent has not released the results of the examination DRB-Criminology and DRC-Penology conducted in the year 2022.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the respondents has submitted records showing that in the examination DRB-Criminology, the petitioner secured 50 marks out of 100 and the result is pass. As far as DRCPenology is concerned, the petitioner secured 33 marks out of 100 marks and the result is fail. He would further submit that the copy of the said examination result has also been served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No 2/4

costs.
