ORDER
(The cases have been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.08.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 6 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.8 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that now the offence has been altered to SC / ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act).
3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to move appropriate petition before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the above submissions so made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate petition before the concerned Court.
