ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner's grievance, as stated in the petition, is with regard to the inaction on the part of the official respondents to take action against the private respondents, who according to the petitioners, are involved in illegal pilferage of diesel and petrol from tanker lorries from various sites.

2. The affidavit filed by the official respondents shows that on receipt of various complaints, and on police officials' own action upon

patrolling, certain persons were found in illegal possession of inflammable materials like petrol and diesel, against whom action has been taken and offences have been registered.

3. In view of the above disclosure, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Petition is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
