The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that in spite of fishing rights of Athanacheri and Paddpai lakes at Sriperumpathur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, no action is taking place and in this regard, has submitted a representation in person dated 07.03.2016 to the first respondent and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.Sam Jayaraj Houston, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the petitioner to submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

one more representation to the first respondent along with the copy of this order as well as the copy of the earlier representation dated 07.03.2016 to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders within a further period of six weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
