Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take action to remove the encroachments by the respondents 7 to 19 in the public road namely Natarajan Main Road starts from Nanjundapuram Main Road to Kanthan Pillaiyar Temple comprising T.S.Nos.11/1, 27, 28 & 30 situated at Ramanathapuram Upilipalayam Village Coimbatore District.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction on respondents 1 to 6 to remove the encroachment made by respondents 7 to 19 on the public road.
2. The Government is represented by learned Additional Advocate General and Mr.Magesh, learned standing counsel appears on behalf of the Coimbatore Corporation. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the Corporation that steps have already been taken to remove the encroachment as notice on the encroachers has been served. The further action would be taken at the earliest.
3. In view of the above, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Corporation to proceed as per rules to remove the encroachment made on the public road. It would be after
compliance of the provisions of law and without further delay. Rather, the entire action, if any, would be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
