Crime No.302 of 2020 PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before Nambiyur Police Station, Erode District, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13614 of 2020 dated 08.09.2020. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13614 of 2020 dated 08.09.2020, that the petitioners shall appear before Nambiyur Police Station, Erode District, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13614 of 2020 dated 08.09.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
