CMP.Nos.10575/2022 & 20413 of 2021 in CRP.No.2817 of 2021 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., The Learned Counsel for the Decree Holders/Respondents in CRP.(NPD).No.2817 of 2021 filed Civil Miscellaneous Petition in CMP.No.10575 of 2022 seeking to vacate the interim stay granted by this Court in CMP.No.20413 of 2021 dated 10.02.2022.

The Learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioners in CRP.(NPD).No.2817 of 2021 sought time to file counter. At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners in CMP.No.20413 of 2022 insisted that instead of proceeding with the Civil Miscellaneous Petition to vacate stay, the main case itself may be taken up for consideration and the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners in vacate stay petition has also made an endorsement in the petition in CMP.No.10575 of 2022 that he is not pressing the petition and the same may be dismissed. The Learned Counsel for the Decree Holders had also filed counter and insisted to proceed with the main Civil Revision Petition in CRP.(NPD).No.2817 of 2021. 1/2
