This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner to appear before the Vellore Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3534 of 2025 on 28.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3534 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 22.05.2025 ata/ep Note:- 2/4
