This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking for exemption of court fee of Rs.15,000/- for filing this present appeal.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

However, it is made clear that if at all, this Court enhances the compensation amount while deciding the appeal on merits, the petitioner will have to pay court fee before the receipt of the said order copy.

Registry is directed to number the appeal CMA.SR67614 of 2021, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 21.09.2021.
