CRIME NO.5 OF 2015 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.No.319 of 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge (Fast Tack Mahalir Court) Sessions Court, Vellore, Vellore District dated 21.12.2018 in Special Case S.C.No.52/2016 against the petitioners and enlarge them on bail pending disposal above CRL A.No.319 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.No.319 of 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SHANTHA KUMARI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- When this Court was about to dismiss this case on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
