Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents. By consent of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has made a representation on 22.06.2015 to the first respondent stating that the attempt made to diver the water sources would create law and order problem between the neighbouring two villages and such an action would affect the livelihood of the village, in which the petitioner is residing.

3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner's representation was forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent for taking appropriate action and the second respondent has directed the third respondent to take appropriate action and to file a report. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

5. Considering the above and taking into consideration the pendency of the representation filed by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is hereby issued to the second and third respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after getting report from the third respondent and after following the principles of natural justice and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
