O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the 1st respondent
to take actions based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2021.
2. The representation dated 09.03.2021 reveals that the Truck # AP-29-TA2347 with full rice load has been caught by the election check post at YS Rajasekhara Reddy Statue, Draksharama Road, Yanam on 08.03.2021 at around 06.45 a.m.,
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the truck with huge load entered either without proper documents or with false papers. The authorities have failed to check the papers and therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation. Since no further action was initiated, the present Writ Petition is filed.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that with reference to the complaint, action was immediately taken by the competent authorities. Memorandum dated 11.03.2021 would reveal that during the enquiry, it has been found that the rice transported on 09.03.2021 at YS Rajasekhara Reddy Statue, Draksharama Road, Yanam does not relate to inducement of electors and necessary receipt has been submitted by M/s.Sri Sumukha Veereswara Rice Mill, Pillaraya Street, Yanam. Therefore, the lorry was released subsequently.
5. High Court cannot further probe into these issues, since the competent authorities found that the receipts were produced and subsequently, the lorry was
released. If at all such receipts are bogus or otherwise, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate actions before the competent Court.
6. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 07.02.2024 skr Index : Yes Speaking order To
