Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Crime No.754 of 2014 registered on the file of the Inspector of Police, Arcot Town Police Station for the offence under Section 302 IPC was transferred to the Inspector of Police, Ambur Taluk Police Station on point of jurisdiction for further investigation. He further submitted that the investigation is being done by Inspector of Police, Ambur Taluk Police Station under the supervision of Superintendent of Police, Vellore District.
