2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that as on date, there is no complaint received against the petitioner and no case has been registered against the petitioner and therefore, respondent police is not harassing the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
