CR.NO.33 OF 2018.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13150/2018 order dated 05/10/2018. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 05.10.2018 this Court had modified the condition in CRL MP No. 13150 of 2021 in CRL OP No. 13264 of 2018 on certain conditions.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 05.10.2018 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
