The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that on completion of investigation, final report filed in the said case and the matter is pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Erode in S.T.C.No.342 of 2020. He further states that the petitioner's case is posted to 28.08.2024. 3.

In view of the above facts, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
