ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 24.11.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 341,395,397,120(B), 506(ii) r/w 120 B, 149, 114 of I.P.C in Cr.No.478 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner robbed a sum of Rs.65,000/- and car from the complainant. Hence the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts of the case that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
