ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondents police to register the FIR on the complaint dated 05.02.2015 and to investigate the matter in accordance with law. 3.A reading of the complaint discloses that the petitioner already filed a civil suit in O.S. No.126 of 2014 before the Sub Court, Tambaram on the basis of the mortgage created by late Abdul https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Karim and now he alleges that the wife of Abdul Karim by name Rasul Bee along with others are giving threat to the petitioner and a case was registered against Rasul Bee and 7 others and during investigation they also informed that they received money from Rasul Bee to cut off the legs of the brother of the petitioner. 4.According to me, no allegation of threat has been made against the petitioner and the petitioner apprehends threat to his life by raising allegation against Rasul Bee and others. Hence, I direct the respondents police to consider the case of the petitioner, giving direction to the petitioner, after conducting enquiry in accordance with law.
