2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case FIR in Crime No.4 of 2021 came to be registered on the complaint of the petitioner for the offence under Sections 66D and 420 IPC and investigation in this case is proceeding.
3.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
