ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2012 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that in the case in Crime No.5 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur, which is yet to be taken on file.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.5 of 2012, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
