ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the accused in C.C. No.243 of 2012, filed an application for discharge and the same is pending and on that ground no progress has been made in this case. Therefore, suitable direction may be given to the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to dispose of the case in C.C. No.243 of 2012 within a specific period.

3.Considering the fact that Discharge Petition is pending, this petition is disposed of, directing the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to dispose of the Discharge Petition filed by the accused on or before 30.04.2015 and thereafter, dispose of the main case at the earliest.
