PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in C.No.43/G/IS/2024 on the file of the second respondent and set aside the detention order dated 11.05.2024 and direct the second respondent to produce S.Bharath Raj, son of Shankara Narayanan, aged about 22 years, presently detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as Goonda, before this Court and set him at liberty.
