PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to set aside the return endorsed by the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and direct him to adopt a fair procedure in the trial in D.V.A.C No.12/2017 on his file by recording objections of the petitioner's counsel, if irrelevant questions are asked in the cross examination of witnesses on petitioner's side, instill confidence in the petitioner by taking neutral stand.
