The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose the representation made by the petitioner to the respondent dated 06.11.2020.
2. Heard, Mr.A.Lakshminarasimhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and other parties, if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
