Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct first respondent to consider the representation dated 12.07.2021 sent by the petitioner to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 04.08.2021 sent by the petitioner to recover the public money by the 4th respondent and as per the audit report within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. These writ petitions have been filed with the prayers to direct the concerned authorities to consider the representations made by the petitioners.
3. By this common order these two writ petitions are being disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, by simply directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders based on the petitioner's representations dated 12.07.2021 and 04.08.2021 in the respective writ petitions, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. It is also directed that before taking any action against the private respondent, appropriate notice shall be
issued to them. In case, in the complaint of the petitioner against such other persons action is proposed, they also shall be heard.
5. Writ petitions stand disposed of on above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
