ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent not to insist upon building plan from the Director of Town and Country Planning in respect of petitioner's institution "Pavai Vidyashram Nursery and Primary School at No.53, New Trichy-Branch Road, Arumugapillai Thottam, Annadhanapatti, Salem-2" and process the application for recognition and upgradation based on local body building plan approval in view of the various orders passed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by the following decisions of this Court:

(i) W.P.No.15334 of 2017, dated 04.07.2017;

(ii) W.P.Nos.682 and 683 of 2018, dated 19.01.2018; (iii) W.P.(MD).No.20329 of 2014, dated 06.04.2015 and (iv) W.P.No.2148 of 2018, dated 15.02.2018.

3. Taking note of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in the same terms as mentioned in the above four Writ Petitions. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P. is closed.
