2. The petitioner claims to be the Hereditary Trustee of Sri Arulmighu Moongilkuthu Muniyappan Temple, Neikkarapatty wants permission to conduct "Bull Pooja Festival" and approached the
first respondent on 22.05.2015 in the form of application and it was rejected and it was put to challenge before this Court in W.P.No.17574 of 2015 and this Court directed the said officials to consider and dispose of the representation. Accordingly, permission was granted to conduct the said festival on 23.07.2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that for this year also, the petitioner wants to conduct "Bull Pooja Festival" and in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 04.05.2016 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. It is the further submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in similar facts and circumstances, this Court vide order dated 08.03.2016 made in W.P.No.8515 of 2016, had disposed of the writ petition by taking note of the earlier order dated 17.03.2014 made in W.P.No.6354 of 2014 and prays for appropriate orders.
4. This Court heard the submission of Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The first respondent vide proceedings in Mu.Mu.21015/2015/C2 dated 03.07.2015, has granted permission to conduct "Bull Pooja Festival" subject to seven conditions and in the light of the same, there cannot be any impediment in directing the first respondent to consider the application/representation dated 04.05.2016 submitted by the petitioner.

In the result, this writ petition is disposed of and the first respondent is directed to consider the representation/application dated 04.05.2016, submitted by the petitioner seeking permission to conduct "Bull Pooja Festival" in the light of the earlier order dated 08.03.2016 made in W.P.No.8515 of 2016, on or before 11.07.2016 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
