O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made on 6.3.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for correction in the records within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugane, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already fixed the date of enquiry on 16.10.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry along with all the relevant records.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed further with the enquiry and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
