ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.06.2021 vide CSR.No.120/21 pending on the file of the respondent police and file a FIR.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioners, a case in Crime No.156 of 2021 has been registered for offences under Sections 294(b), 447, 506(1) IPC, 3(1) (r ) and 3(1) (s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 and the same has been closed as "Mistake of Fact" on 24.09.2021 and the closure report will be served to the petitioners.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the respondent to serve the closure report to the petitioners.
