The prayer sought for in the present petition is to set aside the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magail Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Vellore, Vellore District dated 16.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.732 of 2017 in Spl.S.C.No.18 of 2014.

2. I do not find any infirmity of in the order dated 16.09.2017, the Court below in refusing to permit the petitioner to recall and cross examine the Pws. 1 and 2, by taking note of the fact that the PW1, PW2 were cross examined full length. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
