Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to order of exemption of court fee for a sum of Rs.11,000/- in the above CMA (In CMP.NO.14643/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.G.F.TERRY CHELLA RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking exemption of Court fee for a sum of Rs.11,000/-(Rupees Eleven thousand only).

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. However, it is made clear that in the event of this Court enhancing the compensation amount, the petitioners/appellants shall pay the requisite court fee for the enhanced amount. Post the matter for admission on 29.09.2021.
