This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta in respect of the land comprised in survey No.24/4A measuring to an extent of 1035 feet situated at Rasalampati Village, Morappur Post, Harur Taluk, Dharmpauri District based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2024 and communication of 2nd respondent dated 31.01.2024 in Oo.Mu.No.259/2024/A6.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 18.01.2024 with a request for issuance of patta, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4

18.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
