Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.846/A3/2018 dated 26.09.2018 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to sanction time scale of pay from the initial date of appointment, viz., 18.01.1991, restore the incentive increment sanctioned for B.Lit., and B.Ed., qualification and Special Grade and consequential relief of pay commission salary to the petitioner.
