O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent filed a joint compromise memo stating that the petitioner / tenant agreed to vacate and handover the vacant possession of demised premises to the respondents on 31.12.2024. The petitioner also agreed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- as monthly rent to the respondent from April 2024 to December 2024. It is also agreed between the parties that the E.P. 143 of 2018 pending on the file of learned X Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai shall be closed as per the compromise with condition to revive the EP in case of breach of the compromise.

2. The compromise memo is signed by the petitioner as well as the respondent (Managing Partner). The compromise memo is also signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent identifying their respective parties. Therefore, this Court is inclined to record the compromise memo. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of Joint compromise memo filed by the parties dated 18.03.2024. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
