With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to issue patta to the petitioners, by considering their representation dated 10.02.2023, within a time stipulated by this Court. 2/4
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioners is that though they are entitled for free house site patta under SC (Arunthathiyar) community people, who are suffering without owning any house site, they are not issued with patta as sought by them in respect of S.No.637/1, situated at Vellaegoundanpalayam Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, despite their several representations. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 10.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 07.06.2024 gya (2/2) Index : Yes/No 3/4
